Unfortunately, We do not issue refunds if the order has already been SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can contact our fulfilment team to cancel your order and refund your money!
- CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue!
- CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
We do offer exchanges if the item received is a different size than what we have listed. All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy.
- WHAT ARE THE RETURNS CRITERIA?
Below mentions are returns criteria:
- Received damaged product – In case you find a product is damaged, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us within 24 hours with damaged product pictures.
- Lost in transit – In the very rare occurrence that your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. An order is considered “lost” if it has not been delivered in 60 days after the order was shipped.
